Brittany A. Panter brings extensive litigation experience to the team at VishioForry. Born and raised in Miami, Brittany has handled catastrophic injury claims, medical malpractice, insurance defense and is well versed in liability assessment and insurance coverage. Brittany’s practice focuses on litigation, from initial client/claim assessment through trial. Brittany’s practice currently focuses on commercial and civil litigation, including first party property claims. Brittany represents individuals, property owners, property managers, condo associations and businesses helping them navigate the complexities of insurance claims, hurricane claims, insurance coverage disputes, weather related disaster claims, general litigation and personal injury. She has helped numerous victims of Hurricane Irma with their insurance claim disputes, establishing coverage for losses and securing indemnity payments for hurricane related damages
Brittany’s affinity for litigation was cultivated from birth, her Father is a Miami attorney, and the founding partner of a family run litigation firm in Miami. While practicing in Miami, Brittany assisted with pre-litigation assessment, drafting complaints and discovery, motion practice, conducting depositions, drafting pretrial motions, preparing for and taking part in the trials of many high profile medical malpractice and personal injury claims, resulting in multimillion dollar verdicts for the firm’s clients. While in law school, she represented the University of Miami at the both Honorable E. Earle Zehmer Memorial Mock Trial Competitions and the AAJ Student Trial Advocacy Competitions. She was an intern at the Office of the State Attorney as well as with a prominent Miami-based Construction litigation firm. After law school she worked with her father and uncle litigating personal injury and medical malpractice claims.
In her free time, Brittany is an avid equestrian and yogi, both in practice and instruction.
